Simplehuman | Prototyping
At Simplehuman, prototyping was a decision-making tool—not a downstream checkbox. I translated early, often loosely defined ideas into physical reality as quickly as possible, producing appearance models, functional prototypes, golden samples, and high-fidelity renderings that allowed concepts to be evaluated through real-world use. Within the Industrial Design organization, I acted as the bridge between design vision and execution, aligning ID, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and manufacturing around shared physical and digital references. I also helped unify a previously fragmented, outsourced prototyping process into a more integrated, in-house workflow that continues to shape how Simplehuman develops and validates products today.
